Choosing the right shipping method
The best shipping method depends on your order volume, budget and deadline. Here is how the three main options compare for hair accessory and wig product orders.
Sea freight (FCL & LCL)
The lowest cost per unit for bulk orders. Full container load (FCL) is ideal for repeat distributor orders, while less-than-container load (LCL) suits mid-volume shipments. Transit is typically 18–32 days depending on the destination port.
Air freight
The right choice for urgent or high-value shipments that need to move quickly. Door-to-door transit is usually 5–10 days, making it suitable for restocking a fast-selling SKU or meeting a launch deadline.
Express courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS)
Best for samples and small trial orders. Door-to-door in 3–7 days with full tracking, so you can validate product and market before committing to a full container.

Transit times to our main markets
Approximate sea freight transit times from China to the regions we export to most often. Use these as a planning guide when scheduling a launch or restock.
| Destination region | Sea freight transit |
|---|---|
| West Africa | 28–35 days |
| East Africa | 20–28 days |
| Middle East | 15–22 days |
| Southeast Asia | 7–15 days |
| Europe | 25–32 days |
| North America | 20–30 days |
| South America | 30–40 days |
These are estimates and vary by port, carrier and season. Air freight and express courier are faster alternatives when a deadline is tight. See how production fits into the timeline on our factory page.
Shipping timeline estimates
Typical door-to-door estimates for the routes our buyers ask about most, including the 14-day production window.
| Route | Estimated total |
|---|---|
| Sea freight to Lagos | 32 days |
| Sea freight to Mombasa | 28 days |
| Air freight (major cities) | 9 days |
| Express courier | 5 days |
Timelines include production (14 days) plus shipping transit. Actual times may vary based on customs clearance.
Export packaging & container loading
Every order is packed for export, not for a domestic shelf.
Packed for sea transit
Products are first packed into inner boxes, then into export-ready master cartons built to survive long sea transit and multiple handling stages. Master cartons are labelled with your product details, quantity and carton sequence so receiving warehouses can identify contents without opening every box.
Loading plans that maximise volume
For larger orders we palletise cartons to speed up loading and unloading and to protect against shifting during transit. Before loading, we prepare a container loading plan that arranges cartons to maximise filled volume — reducing the per-unit freight cost that matters so much on long-haul routes.
Foldable products cut freight cost
Foldable products such as our foldable wig stands are a particular freight advantage: they pack flat, so far more units fit in the same container and the freight cost per unit drops sharply. Combined with our OEM packaging options, this lets private-label brands optimise both shelf presence and shipping cost.
What our export packing includes
- Export-grade master cartons rated for long sea transit
- Master-carton labelling with product, quantity and sequence
- Palletising for large orders to protect and speed handling
- Container loading plans that maximise filled volume
- Flat-pack foldable products to cut freight cost per unit

Shipping questions buyers ask
Straight answers to the shipping and export questions overseas importers and distributors ask us most often.
Can you ship to my country?
Yes. Our products have long reached overseas markets through trading-company partners, and today we ship via your nominated freight forwarder. If your destination has a working seaport or international airport, we can almost always route a shipment there. Share your country and nearest port and we will confirm the best route and carrier.
Who handles customs clearance?
Under FOB and CIF the buyer or their appointed customs broker handles destination clearance, while we handle export clearance and documentation in China. Under DDP for selected markets we take care of destination duties and clearance as well. We provide the full document set your broker needs, whichever Incoterm you choose.
Can you combine multiple product lines in one container?
Yes. Because injection, assembly and packing are all on one site, we can consolidate several product lines — wig stands, combs, spray bottles and accessories — into a single container. This lowers your landed cost per unit and simplifies receiving, which is especially useful for distributors carrying a full range.
How do you protect products during transit?
Products are packed into export-grade master cartons rated for long sea transit, with inner protection where needed. Large orders are palletised to prevent shifting, and we prepare a container loading plan that locks cartons in place. Foldable items pack flat, which also reduces movement and damage risk inside the carton.
Can you ship to my Amazon or 3PL warehouse?
Yes. We can label cartons and prepare documentation to meet Amazon FBA or third-party logistics (3PL) receiving requirements, including SKU labelling and carton marking. Share your warehouse’s prep and labelling rules when you order and we will pack to spec so your goods are accepted on arrival.
