What we can customise
- Colour — match a Pantone, a competitor sample or a shop’s identity. Masterbatch colouring in-house.
- Branding — logo on the product, on the card, or on the bag. Pad printing, hot stamp and labels.
- Moulds — a new shape, a size change or a redesign of an existing line. Tooling quoted up front and owned for your re-orders.
- Packaging — printed OPP bag, colour box, blister card, header card with barcode and hang hole.
- Kitting — comb and clip sets, salon starter packs, retail-ready multi-packs assembled and sealed on site.
- Cartons & pallets — your carton mark, your packing list, your pallet height.

We confirm what is possible, what the tooling costs and what the unit price looks like at your quantity.
Step 3Sample approval
Pre-production samples in your colour and branding. Nothing runs until you sign off.
Step 4Bulk & re-order
Tooling stays in our rack with your project number, so the second order prices the same as the first.

Common questions

| What is your MOQ? | 1,000 pcs per model for catalogue lines. For custom colours or own moulds, MOQ is agreed with the tooling quote. |
| Can you print our logo? | Yes — on the product, the card or the packaging. Send vector artwork and we will show you a sample first. |
| Do you own the mould? | We make and maintain moulds in-house. For custom tools, ownership terms are agreed in writing before we cut metal. |
| How do we pay? | To be agreed per order — normally a deposit with the balance against the pre-shipment inspection report. |
| Can we visit or video call? | Both. Buyers are welcome in Xuchang, and we can run a live video call from the shop floor on request. |
| What about shipping? | FOB Ningbo, Qingdao or Shanghai, or EXW. We work with your forwarder or help you find one. |
